Mill Bridge Construction did a tremendous job as General Contractor for the lower floor renovation and flood proofing. All construction was conducted in anticipation of another flood, waterproof techniques inside and a deployable barrier system outside. Work included a new enlarged dining area, a new kitchen, moving the heating plant to the attic, a new safe egress stairway from the upper floor, and installation of the flood barrier system. The leadership and the crew at Mill Bridge are all very professional. Thank you Mill Bridge Construction!

Mill Bridge built our house in 2005 and the workmanship is second to none. The carpenters were all very pleasant to deal with and the head of our project, John Lass, was great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the building process. We were very impressed with the service we received from office personnel, Linda Riley and Linda Lass, who provided timely cost records and billings so that were knew to the penny what our building cost were as we progressed through construction. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mill Bridge Construction, Inc. About nine years ago my wife and I were struggling with the construction of a new home in Cornwall, VT. Things had not gone well during the early phase of our house building which caused us to part company from our architect and original contractor.
We were very lucky to be introduced to John Tenny at Mill Bridge. After a series of meetings with John, he agreed to take on our partially completed project. The outcome was nothing short of miraculous. With John overseeing the work of his Mill Bridge team, our new, dream home turned out to be all we had hoped for and more. The craftsmanship was/is first rate. John kept us fully informed of all activities. He made numerous, practical suggestions as the work progressed and helped to fashion sensible design changes where needed. The skilled tradesmen were a joy to have on the job.
The work was completed on time and on budget and, eight years later, my wife and I are absolutely delighted with our home. Mill Bridge is the best. DB
