John Tenny, Principal and Project Manager

John Tenny spent seven years as an independent contractor before joining forces with Mill Bridge in 1980. Mr. Tenny has a wide range of experience in residential, commercial, institutional, and historic preservation projects. He has skill in scheduling, project coordination, bidding, and overall project management. He specializes in working with boards and committees in project planning and execution, and is a good communicator with clients and design professionals. His attention to detail and quality are critical elements in a long history of successful and diverse projects.

John also serves his community as Chairman of the Town of Middlebury Select Board, and President of the Addison County Community Trust.

Robbie Leggett, Project Superintendent

Robbie Leggett has 32 years of construction and carpentry experience, and has been a member of the Mill Bridge team since 1978, and has led Mill Bridge projects for more than twenty-five years.

Mike Farnsworth, Project Superintendent

Mike Farnsworth joined Mill Bridge Construction in 1986, as a carpenter’s helper, and has worked steadily through the ranks to lead both commercial and residential projects. Mike also serves as a captain in the Middlebury Fire Department.

Al Massed, Project Superintendent

Al Massed has thirty-two years of construction experience, including twelve years as an independent contractor in Rhode Island. Al joined Mill Bridge Construction in 1996, and has served as project superintendent in numerous commercial and institutional projects for Mill Bridge.
