 Linda Lass retires.........Brenda Staples joins the office crew

5/2/11 - Linda Lass has retired as office manager after 29 great years of service, joining husband, John, who retired last year. She is looking forward to a productive summer in the garden, with plenty of time for family and vacation fun. We wish her all the best!

Brenda Staples started in April, and takes on the bookkeeping and in-house accounting responsibilities. Brenda is off to an enthusiastic start, and is working well with Linda Riley and John Tenny.

 John Tenny, Buster Brush Citizen of the Year

9/8/2010 - John Tenny, Middlebury Select Board Chair, received the Buster Brush Citizen of the Year Award  from the Addison County Chamber of Commerce.

"He has shown extraordinary leadership in challenging times. He has also shown tremendous dedication by serving on the Middlebury Select Board since 1995 and Chairman since 1997. His tenacity on an issue 50+ years in the making helped bring the Cross Street Bridge project to completion. His relationship with the College ensured a collaboration that was instrumental in a major project. John also lent his guidance and calming presence to the Chamber's forum on the Crown Point Bridge."
